Advanced Detoxification & Muscle Testing (with Bob Guiel)

I met Bob Guiel through Charles Poliquin. Charles had brought Bob on tour to teach advanced detoxification protocols and muscle testing.

What a week! Learning from both Bob and Charles opened the door to a very successful year of learning and application. It enabled me to write one of my most popular articles ever… How to get contest ready sexy legs; It was about how I helped Janet Kane win the ANB Ms Australasian title.

Bob taught an advanced form of muscle testing called Nutritional Reflex Technique (NRT).

What impressed me most about Bob was his intimate understanding of biochemistry and just how certain supplements affected pathways of detoxification.

In this podcast with Bob we discuss:

  • Muscle testing
  • The differences between standard muscle testing and NRT
  • Detoxification rules
  • How to improve your supplementation today
  • and much more

And in case your wondering, do I really want to listen to Bob?

Bob holds a Masters of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition and has been in private practice for 9 years. Bob uniquely integrates his knowledge of nutrition and nutritional biochemistry with homeopathy, herbal medicine and exercise science for a truly holistic and functional approach to health care. He is also a certified Nutritional Reflex Technique (NRT®) practitioner. NRT® is a comprehensive method of muscle testing ideal for assessing individual biochemical and physiological requirements to design client specific treatment plans.

Bob has lectured for Biotics Research Corporation on many topics concerning the use of nutrition and supplementation in the treatment of disease. He has also worked as an instructor for Poliquin Strength Institute, teaching the muscle testing techniques and theory’s he uses in his practices throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Australia.

Believe me, you want to take notes on this podcast!
