No Money Stretch

In this clip I demonstrate the “no money” stretch. This is great for loosening up your scapula before training chest, back or shoulders. Remember to keep your elbows in tight to your body. If you are really tight and have noticeably rounded shoulders, perform this stretch three times per week. If you dont feel it after the first rep you are doing it wrong. This is also a great stretch to do at home.
